Privacy and related concerns

It is your responsibility to wipe, clean, or delete data on your device being sold on Wreins.com. Wreins.com does not guarantee that all your data on any device will be completely wiped out before we process it for recycling/refurbishing/reselling.

Terms of agreement for the sale of any item using any of our services

Users are certified to be the legal owners of the items sold. Users are responsible for any legal action taken due to stolen, counterfeit, or illegally obtained items. Users shall own the right, title, and all legal interest in the items sold. The sale and shipment of any items to Wreins.com shall not violate any laws, regulations, or statutes of any jurisdiction. Users shall not transfer any intellectual property, trademark, copyright, patent, software, and license or violate other legal rights or restrictions to Wreins.com. Items sold to Wreins.com shall be free of all legal restrictions that may affect the value of the item, and restrict your legal right to transfer ownership of the item (including the item itself, software present on the item, or hardware on or inside the item). Users shall refrain from violating any export laws. Items sent by users (including all related materials, software, and add-on hardware) shall not be counterfeited, stolen, or contain harmful or offensive content of any nature. Users shall hold Wreins.com harmless and indemnify Wreins.com from any and all loss of any nature, including fees, costs, judgments, liens, and reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from any threatened or actual legal action, should the terms and conditions of this Agreement be violated.
